1. Product Overview
CC-TAID01 is the mainstream analog input card of Honeywell C Series I/O platform, exclusively designed for Experion PKS distributed control system. It adopts single-channel independent isolation design to eliminate ground loop interference caused by field equipment potential difference, solving unstable measurement problems in high-frequency inverter, motor cabinet environments.
It supports full HART protocol, can read instrument internal parameters, calibration data, alarm status and device self-diagnosis information without additional HART adapter, realizing predictive maintenance of field transmitters. Each channel provides built-in loop power supply for 2-wire transmitters, no external 24VDC field power required.
Hot-plugging design allows online replacement without shutting down the controller rack; built-in multi-level hardware watchdog, channel-by-channel fault self-test, fault signal uploaded to Experion station for alarm display. The module communicates with C300 controller through redundant FTE fault-tolerant Ethernet I/O carrier, supporting dual redundant I/O rack configuration to improve system availability.
Matched with dedicated analog FTA terminal base for field wiring separation, widely deployed in ethylene cracking, refining unit, thermal power boiler & turbine main process measurement cabinets.
